PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT

恒基物业代理有限公司 (「我们」) 致力保护我们持有的个人资料的私隐、保密及保安，并致力遵守个人资料 (私隐) 条例 (「该条例」) 就管理个人资料的规定。我们亦致力确保我们的雇员及代理人信守该等责任。

Henderson Property Agency Limited (“we” “our” or “us”) are committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and security of the personal data we hold and pledge to comply with the requirements of Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the “Ordinance”) with respect to the management of personal data. We are committed to ensuring that all our employees and agents uphold these obligations.

持有个人资料的种类及用途

Kinds of Personal Data held and Purposes

我们持有个人资料的种类及个人资料可作的用途均在我们的收集个人资料声明 (「资料收集声明」) 中说明。详情请参阅资料收集声明。

The kinds of personal data held by us and the purposes for which it may be used are explained in our Personal Information Collection Statement (“PICS”). Please refer to our PICS for details.

我们持有的个人资料通常包括恒基置业通 (「APP」) 使用者的姓名及联络资料。我们亦会向查询或有意购买物业的APP使用者收集并持有其他种类的个人资料，通常包括身份证明文件号码及物业交易及相关安排的资料。

Personal data held by us usually includes the names of users of Henderson eHome (“App”) and their contact details. Additional kinds of personal data will be collected and held for App users who enquire or intend to purchase properties, usually including identity document numbers and information about the property transactions and related arrangements.

个人资料会被处理及用作收集个人资料拟用作的用途及直接相关用途。该等用途可包括提供APP及登记使用APP以及核实使用者身份、处理物业交易及相关事直 (包括就按揭贷款及其他借贷的查询或登记)，及处理就其他产品及服务的查询或申请等。

The personal data will be processed and used for the purposes for which it is collected and directly related purposes. Such purposes may include providing the App and registering users for using the App and verifying user identity, handling property transactions and related matters including enquiries or registration for mortgage loans and other credit facilities, and handling enquiries or applications for other products or services, etc.

保安事宜

Security Measures

被收集的个人资料会安全储存在我们的系统，只有受过培训的获授权员工方可取用。

Personal data collected is stored securely in our system, and only trained, authorized staff shall have access.

保留个人资料

Retention of Personal Data

我们会采取所有合理地切实可行的步骤，以确保我们不会保留个人资料超过完成收集有关资料的目的所需的时间。

We will take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure that personal data is not kept longer than is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which it is to be used.

分享个人资料

Sharing of Personal Data

未得APP使用者的事先同意，我们不会向第三方披露或转移使用者的个人资料，向资料收集声明中指定的人士及为当中指定的用途披露或转移个人资料除外，或除非该条例规定或许可披露或转移个人资料。

We do not disclose or transfer App users' personal data to third parties without their prior consent, except to the parties and for the purposes specified in the PICS or unless required or permitted by the Ordinance.

使用个人资料作直接促销

Use of Personal Data for Direct Marketing

未得APP使用者的事先同意，我们不会使用他们的个人资料作直接促销，或向第三者披露或转移他们的个人资料作直接促销。

Under no circumstances shall we use App users' personal data, or disclose or transfer their personal data to third parties for direct marketing without their prior consent.

外判安排

Outsourcing Arrangement

我们可委任服务供应商处理个人资料。此类服务供应商可包括资讯科技承办商、软件供应商，以及数据分析服务商。我们要求所有服务供应商在处理个人资料时遵守该条例下的适用规定及限制。

We may appoint service providers to process personal data. These service providers may include information technology contractors, software suppliers, and data analytics service providers. All service providers are required by us to comply with the applicable requirements and restrictions under the Ordinance in processing the personal data.

连结至第三者网站

Links to Third Party Websites

APP可提供可连接至第三者网站的连结。我们的资料私隐政策不适用于该等第三者。第三者如何使用个人资料会受彼等的资料私隐政策及实务所限。

The App may provide links to third party websites. Our data privacy policy is not applicable to these third parties. Use of personal data by any third party will be subject to that party's data privacy policy and practices.

查阅及改正个人资料

Access to and Correction of Personal Data

根据该条例，APP使用者有权：

查询我们有否持有其个人资料及查阅该等资料；
要求改正我们持有的关于该使用者任何不准确的个人资料；及
了解我们有关个人资料的政策及实务，以及我们持有个人资料的种类。

Under and in accordance with the Ordinance, an App user has the right:-

to check whether we hold personal data about him/her and to access such data;
to require us to correct any personal data held by us relating to him/her which is inaccurate; and
to ascertain our policies and practices in relation to personal data and to be informed of the kinds of personal data held by us.

请将该等要求以书面方式发送给我们的个人资料（私隐）主任（地址︰香港中环金融街八号国际金融中心二期七十一楼至七十六楼）。

我们可就处理查阅资料要求收取不超乎适度的费用。

We may charge a fee for processing a data access request which must not be excessive.

修改本政策声明

Amendment of this Policy

我们认为适当时可不时修改及更新本政策声明。经修改的政策声明于上载到APP时随即生效。请定期检索上载到APP的政策声明。

We may from time to time amend and update this policy as we consider appropriate. The revised policy will be effective upon being posted in the App. Please check the policy posted in the App on a regular basis.
