恒基物業代理有限公司 (「我們」) 致力保護我們持有的個人資料的私隱、保密及保安，並致力遵守個人資料 (私隱) 條例 (「該條例」) 就管理個人資料的規定。我們亦致力確保我們的僱員及代理人信守該等責任。

Henderson Property Agency Limited (“we” “our” or “us”) are committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and security of the personal data we hold and pledge to comply with the requirements of Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the “Ordinance”) with respect to the management of personal data. We are committed to ensuring that all our employees and agents uphold these obligations.

持有個人資料的種類及用途

Kinds of Personal Data held and Purposes

我們持有個人資料的種類及個人資料可作的用途均在我們的收集個人資料聲明 (「資料收集聲明」) 中說明。詳情請參閱資料收集聲明。

The kinds of personal data held by us and the purposes for which it may be used are explained in our Personal Information Collection Statement (“PICS”). Please refer to our PICS for details.

我們持有的個人資料通常包括恒基置業通 (「APP」) 使用者的姓名及聯絡資料。我們亦會向查詢或有意購買物業的APP使用者收集並持有其他種類的個人資料，通常包括身份證明文件號碼及物業交易及相關安排的資料。

Personal data held by us usually includes the names of users of Henderson eHome (“App”) and their contact details. Additional kinds of personal data will be collected and held for App users who enquire or intend to purchase properties, usually including identity document numbers and information about the property transactions and related arrangements.

個人資料會被處理及用作收集個人資料擬用作的用途及直接相關用途。該等用途可包括提供APP及登記使用APP以及核實使用者身份、處理物業交易及相關事直 (包括就按揭貸款及其他借貸的查詢或登記)，及處理就其他產品及服務的查詢或申請等。

The personal data will be processed and used for the purposes for which it is collected and directly related purposes. Such purposes may include providing the App and registering users for using the App and verifying user identity, handling property transactions and related matters including enquiries or registration for mortgage loans and other credit facilities, and handling enquiries or applications for other products or services, etc.

保安事宜

被收集的個人資料會安全儲存在我們的系統，只有受過培訓的獲授權員工方可取用。

Personal data collected is stored securely in our system, and only trained, authorized staff shall have access.

保留個人資料

Retention of Personal Data

我們會採取所有合理地切實可行的步驟，以確保我們不會保留個人資料超過完成收集有關資料的目的所需的時間。

We will take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure that personal data is not kept longer than is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which it is to be used.

分享個人資料

Sharing of Personal Data

未得APP使用者的事先同意，我們不會向第三方披露或轉移使用者的個人資料，向資料收集聲明中指定的人士及為當中指定的用途披露或轉移個人資料除外，或除非該條例規定或許可披露或轉移個人資料。

We do not disclose or transfer App users' personal data to third parties without their prior consent, except to the parties and for the purposes specified in the PICS or unless required or permitted by the Ordinance.

使用個人資料作直接促銷

Use of Personal Data for Direct Marketing

未得APP使用者的事先同意，我們不會使用他們的個人資料作直接促銷，或向第三者披露或轉移他們的個人資料作直接促銷。

Under no circumstances shall we use App users' personal data, or disclose or transfer their personal data to third parties for direct marketing without their prior consent.

外判安排

Outsourcing Arrangement

我們可委任服務供應商處理個人資料。此類服務供應商可包括資訊科技承辦商、軟件供應商，以及數據分析服務商。我們要求所有服務供應商在處理個人資料時遵守該條例下的適用規定及限制。

We may appoint service providers to process personal data. These service providers may include information technology contractors, software suppliers, and data analytics service providers. All service providers are required by us to comply with the applicable requirements and restrictions under the Ordinance in processing the personal data.

連結至第三者網站

Links to Third Party Websites

APP可提供可連接至第三者網站的連結。我們的資料私隱政策不適用於該等第三者。第三者如何使用個人資料會受彼等的資料私隱政策及實務所限。

The App may provide links to third party websites. Our data privacy policy is not applicable to these third parties. Use of personal data by any third party will be subject to that party's data privacy policy and practices.

查閱及改正個人資料

Access to and Correction of Personal Data

根據該條例，APP使用者有權：

查詢我們有否持有其個人資料及查閱該等資料；
要求改正我們持有的關於該使用者任何不準確的個人資料；及
了解我們有關個人資料的政策及實務，以及我們持有個人資料的種類。

Under and in accordance with the Ordinance, an App user has the right:-

to check whether we hold personal data about him/her and to access such data;
to require us to correct any personal data held by us relating to him/her which is inaccurate; and
to ascertain our policies and practices in relation to personal data and to be informed of the kinds of personal data held by us.

請將該等要求以書面方式發送給我們的個人資料（私隱）主任（地址︰香港中環金融街八號國際金融中心二期七十一樓至七十六樓）。

我們可就處理查閱資料要求收取不超乎適度的費用。

We may charge a fee for processing a data access request which must not be excessive.

修改本政策聲明

Amendment of this Policy

我們認為適當時可不時修改及更新本政策聲明。經修改的政策聲明於上載到APP時隨即生效。請定期檢索上載到APP的政策聲明。

We may from time to time amend and update this policy as we consider appropriate. The revised policy will be effective upon being posted in the App. Please check the policy posted in the App on a regular basis.
